Continue this exercise for 20-25 minutes.
The Length Stretch Exercise
You have to do this penis enlargement exercise with a flaccid penis. Hold the head of the penis gently with little pressure. Pull the penis out in front of yourself and stretch it as much as you can. Slight pressure is normal but stop and start again if you feel pain. Hold the stretched position for 15 seconds, and repeat this process 5 times. When you finish the above steps, massage the penis gently to restore the blood circulation. The exercise can be done by stretching in both up and down directions and left to right directions. Hold this position for 15 seconds and repeat this process 5 times and do the same in the right direction.
Circular Rotation Method
Use the right hand to bring your dick outwards. Grasp your glands firmly but gently. Then start stretching and rotate the penis at the same time. Do this for 30 seconds for clockwise direction. Then you can switch your hands (if you want to) and repeat that movement for another 30 seconds in the counter-clockwise direction. All this makes for one session, and you can do five a day.
