How to place a CSP Order

  1. To check whether your pincode is available for Self Pickup option or not, click on the “self pick-up” option in the grey color bar on the website.
  2. This will take you to customer self pickup landing page. Scroll down until you see “Check CSP locations”.
  3. Enter your pin code in the given bar and click “Check”.
  4. You will see green tick marks if your pincode is serviceable and also the available self pickup locations around you. How to place a CSP Order
  5. While placing an order, select “self pick-up” option from the checkout page. You will find this after logging in to the website or after a new account registration.
  6. Next, enter your pin code and you will get multiple self pick-up addresses for that pincode.

  7. Select the address that’s nearest and most convenient to you.
  8. Next, click on “Continue to Pay”. From the prepaid payment options, you can select the Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal (for International Cards) payment option.
  9. Kindly note that Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not available for Customer Self Pickup orders.

How to collect your order after it is placed

  1. Once the order is placed, your order will be shipped to the address you selected within 24 - 48 working hours.
  2. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment email & SMS with the Airway bill Number (AWB No.) mentioned on it.
  3. This shipment email will also carry the Self Pick-up address you selected while placing the order. This would make it easier to re-inform you about the address you need to collect it from.
  4. To track the current location of the shipment, kindly click on “Track Here” button on the email & SMS.
  5. You can also track the shipment on our website ( using the order Id and your email address (Which was used while placing the order).

  6. Once the order reaches the self pickup address, you may receive a call or a SMS to inform you to come and pick up the order.
  7. Incase you don’t receive any calls or SMS, kindly track the order manually (using the link you had received) to check if it has reached the delivery centre or else, you can contact our customer care team on 022 3077 0158 (Mon-Sun 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
  8. If the status on manual tracking shows “Out for Delivery” or “Shipment InScan at DC “, you can go and pick up your order.

  9. Once you get a confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, go to the location and pick-up your order along with a government ID proof and “Airway bill number (AWB No)”.
  10. Once you reach the self pick-up location, please show your ID proof and airway bill number to pick up your order.
  11. Please note that the order will be kept at the self pick-up address for upto 3 days. If not picked up within 3 days, the order will be sent back to our warehouse on the 4th day.

  12. If for some reason you are not able to collect your order within 3 days, please contact our customer care team and they will gladly help you with your order.
