Steps to follow while placing an order
1. While placing an order, select “self pick-up” option from the checkout page.
2. Next, enter your pin code and you will get multiple self pick-up addresses for that pincode.
3. Select the address that’s nearest and most convenient to you and complete the checkout process.
Steps to follow after your order is placed
1. In the next 4 to 5 working days, your order will be shipped to the address you selected.
2. During this period, you will also receive the detailed self pick-up address in your mail so that you can reach there easily.
3. Next, you will receive a SMS once your order reaches the self pick-up address that you selected.
4. You will now have to go to the location and pick-up your order.
5. You will have to carry a government ID proof and “airway bill number” that you received after placing the order.
6. Once you reach the self pick-up location, please show your ID proof and airway bill number to pick up your order.
7. Please note that the order will be kept at the self pick-up address for 3 days if not picked up. The order will be sent back to its origin on the 4th day.
